the problem has, for sure, been better, but that is to be expected. cold weather pushes the peddlers and perps inside, at least into the front foyer.

we have still noticed a number of incidents of hoods gathering, at times on our stoop, at times at a car, at times down the block.

as for the usual suspects, they're still out, if only for a bit here and there. but like clockwork, every weekend morning, a smoke or two.
